Terms and Conditions of Sale
Cancellation or modification by the customer:
1. Customers are reminded that, in accordance with Article L. 221-28 of the Consumer Code, they do not have the right of withdrawal provided for in Article L. 221-18 of the Consumer Code.
2. The terms and conditions of sale for the reserved fare specify the conditions for canceling and/or changing the reservation.
3. Prepaid reservations cannot be modified or canceled. Advance payments made as deposits are non-refundable. In this case, this is mentioned in the terms and conditions of sale for the rate.
4. When the terms and conditions of the reserved fare allow it:
- Reservations can be canceled directly on the Website or Mobile Services via the "View or cancel your reservation" section.
- Reservations can be changed directly with the hotel, whose telephone number is provided on the reservation confirmation sent by email.
5. If the customer interrupts their stay, the full agreed price will be charged. In the case of prepaid reservations, no refund will be given for this reason.
6. Unless expressly agreed otherwise, the customer must vacate the room by 12 noon on the day of the end of the reservation. Failure to do so will result in an additional night being charged.
7. All reservations are nominative and may not be transferred to a third party under any circumstances, whether free of charge, for a fee, or for commercial purposes.
