Terms and Conditions of the Spa Hotel

Net prices including all taxes and service (except tourist tax). Rates are subject to VAT and may be changed without notice.
Meals not taken are not deducted.
Tourist tax: €2 per day per adult.
Any food intolerances must be reported in advance.
Rooms: Rooms are available from 3:00 PM on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 12:00 PM on the day of departure.

Children's rates:
- Freeaccommodationfor children aged 0 to 3 (baby cot available on request)
- Ages 4 to 12:
  - 50% discount in the parents' room
  - 30% discount in a parent's room
Pets: €10 per day. Pets are allowed on the terrace but are not permitted in the common areas (restaurant, lounge, sauna, etc.).
Cancellation and interruption conditions for spa treatment stays: Any cancellation or reduction in the length of stay causes the hotelier a loss and deprives him of a gain. The practice reserves the right for each party to cancel, but requires compensation.
- In case of cancellation or modification:
  - up to 30 days before the arrival date, the hotel will refund the deposit in full
  - between 29 days and the arrival date, the hotel will retain the deposit paid
- In the event of interruption of your stay, the entire stay is payable. We recommend that you take out cancellation insurance (Thermassur).
